located at 144 E 6th Avenue Vancouver?

Personal information will not be posted to the internet.
Previously submitted forms were used to complete a Statement of Significance,
a document required to designate historical buildings
and were submitted to the City of Vancouver on April 15 2015.
This on-line form was revised on May 2 2015 in order to make it more user-friendly,
and additional forms will be submitted to the city.
